Shipping Policy

At Slay Queen, we’re dedicated to ensuring that your beauty essentials reach you safely, quickly, and in perfect condition. Every order is packed with care and shipped with trusted delivery partners to guarantee a smooth shopping experience.


📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is placed.

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS so you can easily follow your delivery status.


🚚 Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard delivery within Pakistan usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • For remote areas, please allow a few extra days for delivery.

  • We currently offer nationwide shipping, and we’re working to expand internationally soon!


💳 Shipping Charges

  • A small shipping fee may apply based on your location and order size.

  • Free shipping is available on qualifying orders during promotions or when you meet the minimum order amount stated on our website.


📬 Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed or hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact our customer support team with your order number. We’ll gladly assist you in tracking your order and resolving any issues as quickly as possible.


Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority at Slay Queen. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.


🔁 Returns Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

  • You contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used beauty, skincare, or fragrance items unless they arrived damaged or faulty.


📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our support team via email or the website’s contact form.

  2. Provide your order number, photos of the item, and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the simple return or exchange process.


💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • You’ll receive your refund through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • We recommend keeping your return tracking receipt until the refund or exchange is completed.

  • Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect.
